Max Ironston is a writer from Ohio. Born in a small town, now living in the big city, he has been writing fantasy for 20 years after discovering Dungeons and Dragons and Lord of the Rings.
He wrote "The Weird Cases", an urban fantasy series set in New York City in the 1970s. He recently completed "The Woods Remember", a Sapphic folk horror novel taking place in the same universe as "The Weird Cases", but in 1972 Appalachia.
All four books are available on Kindle Unlimited.
He is currently working on a new novel, tentatively titled "The Unquiet Heart", a Sapphic romantic horror retelling of Jane Eyre. You can follow the process on Royal Road at The Unquiet Heart
When not writing, his favorite hobbies include cooking, reading, tackling his ever growing "to be watched" list, roleplaying games, and trying to keep his far too many cats from destroying his house.
Though a private person, he welcomes emails from his readers at Max@BrokenTilePublishing.com
